Help me Backflip! – DragonVale World Review

I have played this game for a long time I LOVE IT! But it will not let me open the app it has done it for a month I tryed to shrug it off but now I really want to play it please make it playable! Because it has been a month with no help I'm taking another star away please fix and all the stars are yours! Hello I'm back after a month and nothing fixed I so tired of asking.... please fix and send a response!
