Um, help? – atlasGO Charity Review

This is the third time I had to write this review and I am not trying again, but basically what happened is that I tried to get into the app but it will only show the running timer and then shut me out. I've waited 3 hours for this to pass since I thought it was just a small bug and I really don't know what to do right now please help.
