Help! – Jigsaw Puzzle Review

I have been doing your jigsaw for years. I have bought many many sets also. Since I opened the free December one-a-day set, i cannot do any puzzles. The white circle around the December app does not close completely. I can open other puzzles but then the screen turns black and I have to start over with the same thing happening. Please tell me what to do. You have a lot of my money and I can't get any puzzles!
