Can’t log in – SportsSignUp Play Review

When I log in the app tells me there’s no active teams associated with my account. I registered my child using the same email address and I’m able to log in to the team website without trouble. All using the same email address and password. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I tried logging in through a different device. Nothing works! I sent 2 messages through the help on the app and haven’t received a response.
