Best messaging app yet! – Hangouts Review

I read a review that said there were bots sexually harassing them, but ever since I started using this a few years ago, I haven't had any problems with that. Anyways, I love this app! I use it all the time to chat with my friends from Google+! So far, I haven't had any problems except one: When I try getting to Hangouts through the browser on my phone, it won't give me access to the page. Yes, I made sure I had the app downloaded if that's a possible problem. Can someone help me out here? I would appreciate it. Thank you!
