Order processing failed and I lost seats – Ticketmaster－Buy, Sell Tickets Review

I tried to purchase tickets on this app and it wouldn’t work. It was ‘processing’ my sale until the time ran out. I had to purchase them online and lost my better seats. I used the same credit card. Nothing about this was as a result of an error on my part.
