A Force of Nature – Modern Combat 5 Review

Gameloft always makes great games. This game puts other iOS apps to shame with its stunning graphics and high FPS. Be warned however, this game will drain battery very quickly and it takes up a staggering two gigabites (roughly) of storage. However, if you’re one to stay on the charger and don’t worry about storage, this game is amazing. When I first got in to multiplayer I thought that it would be incredibly pay to win. I was wrong. I’ve since unlocked three of the classes, all of which I assumed were in app purchases, and I’ve found that the game rewards you with new guns and unlocks very frequently. Also, pro tip, have the left side of the screen bound to movement, while the right is for aiming, then place the aim down sights button in the top left of the screen, and fire button in the top right. Then, you play with your two pointer fingers over arching above the screen. You can now do four things at once instead of having to stand still to fire. You can fire, aim, scope in, and strafe all at the same time and let me tell you it will put you on the top of the leaderboards. Unlike the previous installments, this game’s campaign is hot garbage and the voice lines are over exaggerated. This in comparison to giants like Battlefield and Call of Duty. For a mobile game to be compared to multi platform giants is definitely something to put a developer on the map. Despite having a not so good campaign, the multiplayer definitely makes up for it. Great work, Gameloft.
