Huge problem- HUGE FREAKING PROBLEM!!!!! – FrameCast - Animation Studio Review

I can be done with an amazing (in my opinion) artwork and then go and make a background in another layer, so I make the first frame at opacity %0. When I finish the background, I go back to take the first layer back to normal opacity, and BAM! IT’S FREAKING DELETED!!!!!!! I try the “undo” button and the “redo” button, and nothing freaking works! This has ruined many, many, MANY OF MY ANIMATIONS AND ART!!!! Please fix this!
