Update please – Private Vault: Secret & Safe Review

Is there anyway I can get my pics from your app without an update? Right now they are held hostage until you guys update. I have tons of pictures now that I have absolutely no access to. When I try to contact it puts me to something that asks my revenue and everything. I just want my pics.
