No longer works, Customer Service no response – Reports+ for Instagram Review

This app was great and well worth the money prior to the release two updates ago. No the app no longer works, despite logging out and signing back in and despite FOUR emails to the company for help with ZERO responses received. The % icon at the top now stays on zero, constantly spinning and not updating the app. Don’t waste your money. Hopefully the company will fix the problem.
