Server has reached its limit? I can't even play – Ark of War: Aim for the cosmos Review

Wow, I played this game for a while, but one day I deleted it, then re-downloaded it and it now say that the server has reached its limit and wants me to switch accounts! I tried all the options it gave me, but none of them worked, thanks a lot.
