Where’d my app go? – FanFiction Chats Review

I downloaded, installed and paid for FanFiction pro two years ago. All of a sudden, it’s now something called FanFiction Chats? I have to pay again? And I can’t get to FanFiction.net at all? What is this? Why did this happen? Is the app I paid for gone?
