Charging problems – Epic - Kids' Books & Reading Review

I got this app and didn’t do us any justice and we canceled before the renewal date and they still keep charging me on my credit card! I have reported it to iTunes and they have not responded back regarding a refund! Be careful on apps you download cause they automatically put you on auto renewal and start charging away thinking no one is going to question it! Wow! Thanks
