Needed system help – Rise of the Kings Review

I would have left a better review as i really like playing.. also spent a lot of money.. i needed help resetting my password bc i got locked out. After two questionnaires trying to prove the castle was mine. I still have no help in the matter. I get to look at it from my farms sitting around it... in game help is horrible!!!! UPDATE—— had to message the developers but finally my problem was rectified!!!!
