Zynga won’t resolve long standing game issues – Empires & Allies Review

The game concept and play is excellent. The problem is how Zynga manages the game. They concentrate their time on adding new material to the game and finding ways to close what they consider are “loopholes” to keep you from quickly advancing in level. The aim, not surprisingly, is forcing you into more gold purchases, which are often outrageously priced. As an example, the gold required to upgrade your HQ one level is over $100. The worst issue is that Zynga will do nothing to resolve long standing glitches in the game with crashes, friend requests, etc. when contacted, the answer is always that you must have a bad internet connection, you need to reinstall the app, or they are still looking into it (12 months+). Go find another game to get addicted to!
