Missing red circle in clothing store – Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Review

I’m at the part in the story where they tell you to go get colors terror the clothes store. I went to the store and the red circle isn’t by the dressing room so I can’t buy clothes and I cannot continue the missions until I change clothes. How do I fix this? Will rate 5 if fixed
