Bought paid app, can’t re-download it without paying – Minecraft Explorer Lite Review

Hello there, I’m writing this review to tell you that I’ve found a, I’d call it a glitch, in the system, I bought the app on a previous IOS/Apple device and on a previous software update of IOS/Apple as well, I do not know if this affects my purchase or not, but I’d to have the full app back without having to spend my money again, the only reason I’m posting this here instead of there is because of the fact that I apparently didn’t buy the app on this device. P.S. Regarding the skin maker part of the app, considering it’s now its own app, would I have to buy the full version separately if I bought the full version of Minecraft Explorer Pro before?
