Awful customer service... – WWE Champions Review

This game went from bad to worse with constant glitches and terrible customer service. At one point I bought the $4.99 Daniel Bryant Starter Pack, I had the apple receipt, bank account statement to verify purchase; however the pack was never credited to my account. I went back and forth with Apple and Scopely with Apple saying this is a developer issue and Scopely stating this was an Apple issue. This went on for almost 2 months. Ultimately it wasn’t resolved. Scopely cares so little about their customers that they won’t even give you what you pay for regardless if you have multiple receipts or not. I would avoid ALL Scopely games until there is a change in upper management
