Erasing! – Ninja Turtles: Legends Review

When I got this game on 11/19/17, and I was on level 1 worked my way up to level 19 yes 19 today this morning at 10:35! I came on the game and told me to give an "age verification" and then showed me how to play the game because it reset it and I have to RESTART ? all over again I had the first the characters in the game, followed by Shredder, Michalengeo (the orange turtle) I have NO CLUE why this happened, but if she someone can reply giving support, then thank you Sincerely- Unhappy customer!
