More US Magazines, Please – ZINIO - Magazine Newsstand Review

My magazines haven’t been downloading for about two months. Went to troubleshooting and they said sign off and log on again. It won’t accept my password and I’ve contacted them 5 times to send me an email to reset my password. No email, not even in spam. Sent them 4 separate emails, no response. Tried live chat and all I get is that they are too busy to chat.
