Familiar characters, side scrolling ‘rpg’ – Magician's Saga Review

Its another grinder. A fun grinder masked as an ‘Rpg’. It has all the characters (so far, at the snow level) from previous versions of the kairosoft universe. Ive bought nearly every game by kairo- some are failure time sinks. Others have a fun ‘simulation’ theme to it or a terrible concept. No localization issues. Not much of a learning curve other than figuring out how formation works. Classes seem to have little property in damage reduction- other than what you know (range weak, caster flimsy, melee strong). All classes just shoot projectiles. Tank class? Sorry! For what you get: the freemiun games for IAP isn’t necessary to advance the game. Getting the gems will take a while w/o buying, but you going to grind it anyway to be a perfectionist anyway?
