My offers doesn’t work in any version of app – Bed Bath & Beyond Review

Paid $30 for beyond+ membership but Can’t get to it in the my office page of the app. Causes a big issue in check out line at the store and store representative act like it’s my fault not a problem with the app. If you close the app and restart the problem usually resolved. Very frustrating.
