Order Issues – Ulta Beauty: Makeup & Skincare Review

I had issues ordering using the app. I received confirmation from PayPal that order was successful. I made a point to order on a specific day to get the offered freebies, and I used $8 worth of reward points. The next morning I realize the order didn’t go through because several items are still in the basket (the freebies were gone). What’s worse is my $8 in rewards is now gone!! I emailed customer service and basically received “aww sorry, too bad” type of responses and was totally ignored when I asked when I would get my $8 rewards back. I’m concerned that A, app didn’t work and took things away that I have spent a great deal to earn & B, no one at Ulta cared. / Hello Sephora. Thank you for accepting my order & providing the promised freebies.
