What happened to this app? – Picsee-Add text on photos Review

This is my 10th attempt to write this issue as I kept getting message that the nickname is taken and to try again later. Had this app for a month. It has some nice features but can't use them anymore as it won't do anything!! It's frozen. Please fix this issue.
