No support for running app in background anymore ? Since when ? – TV Cast Chromecast Review

Totally love this app works perfect every time after the recent update. Use it daily. But recently (maybe a week or two ago) it has not let me use the app in the background. I have to keep my phone unlocked and the screen on for the movie to stream. This feature has never been included in previous versions and I can’t understand why it has changed now. Please help !
