Ok – Blur Border - Blur Background Effect and No Crop Photo Editor for Instagram Review

This is the 4th time I have TRIED to leave a review in order to unlock the color borders. It's keeps saying I successfully unlocked them then when I try to use one, it takes me right back to the review! Soooo aggravating!!
