Not working?? – Playground AR: Physics Sandbox Review

Just bought this on my iPhone X and it just keeps prompting me to scan my surface. I’ve been on this screen for 15 minutes now no matter how many times I’m scanning the table/floor. I’ve tried this in multiple rooms as well with different lighting conditions. I feel like I’m out $2 now with nothing to show for it. I’m sure it’s awesome when it works, I just have no clue how to get this up and running. Edit: just restarted my phone and it works fine!! Excellent app ???
