No access – Lifetime Movie Club Review

I was just charged for a yearly subscription, but when I try to log in it says I do not have one. I have sent emails but have not received a response. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and logging back in, basically everything it says to try. I would love to be able to have access to this, but if that is not possible, how do I get my money refunded?
