It won’t let me clean the one photo I want – CaptionClean - Remove caption for Snapchat Review

So I download the app and open it. I then click on the photo I want to be cleaned and instantly the app crashes. I tried multiple solutions to fix this such as using a different photo first, deleting the app and installing it again etc. but it won’t let me clean this one photo. Please find a solution for this problem.
