App deleted all contacts – Cleanup Duplicate Contacts! Review

I contacted support after this app deleted all contacts . I have provided them all the details . They say they have internally escalated my case . It has been 10 days without response . I want Apple to intervene here and block them from App Store . I want a resolution. I want my contacts. This is really hurting me and I wish someone told me about this buggy app before installing.
