Excessive hidden fees, used $100 gift card completely and walked away with no pertinent information, – BeenVerified: People Search Review

Been Verified creates tremendous expectations BUT web site is CONFUSING to me, hard to navigate BACKWARD. I was expecting an extensive report for about $50 to $80. I exhausted my $100 with no reverse email info SPECIFICALLY involving activity on dating, social networking sites, sex hookup sites etc. no phone history. Each section just continued to ask for more & more $$$ creating the expectation of big results. I didn’t find ANY SPECIFIC info that I wasn’t already aware of. There were other things I expected to see due to a personal relationship, it didn’t show our co-habitation, didn’t show any records of accounts we held jointly, didn’t catch our prior address. I couldn’t find one single solid reference to online networking sites although i had emails, phone numbers, addresses, full name, social etc. I’m trying this again after i can research some other opinions, Spokeo says it gives substantial feedback & access without even first charging a fee. BUT so did this site “Been Verified”. Advice for Been Verified; if you give an example & indicate likely available facts , then break down availability of info by SPECIFIC categories. Search sites but also allow people to list the sites they are specifically interested in. If you can’t provide any feedback- then create a moneyback system or at least a credit. If there are going to be extensive additional unexpected fees categorically then respect your client and outline expectations and prices from the start!
