WON'T STOP PROMPTING ME – ZINIO - Magazine Newsstand Review

I like the app and find it useful, but it won't stop prompting me to rate the darn thing every time I navigate somewhere. It's like a popup advertisement - but I PAY for the content in this app, so I shouldn't have any popups! It's ridiculous. Sure, I'll rate your app. Here you go.
