Keeps crashing with iOS 11.1 – Saudi Post Review

I can’t do claim for my shipment, why the app not working good when I do select !?! For customer complain it’s still crashing, and also when write complains it’s always the same over and over and over , no one listen to solve any problem with WASEL subscriptions, I still get notifications to go and collect my shipments from the post !!!
