Doesn’t work – Bird Songs USA & Canada (3100) Review

I’ve downloaded the app twice now. The bird songs don’t play. I press play, the indicator moves like its playing, but I can’t hear any sound. Please fix. I’m using an iPhone 7+ iOS 11.1.1
