Do not spend money buying gems.... – Home Design Story Review

I purchased 530 gems for $20 and due to a glitch in the game I mysteriously lost 280 of them. I contacted customer support and the answer I got was "unfortunately we are unable to recover any currency lost in design home" Ticket closed. Hmmm you can take my money but you can't give it back? Terrible customer service.
