Sweet game, horrible customer service – Soccer! Hero Review

Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! After posting this review about my issue a developer asked that I write another email. I did so 2 weeks ago and have not heard a response. If you’re not going to support your users on the issues YOU created by errors with coding, etc then why should I spend any time and effort to play. Original review below.... Sweet game but customer service is unresponsive...I got 1st place in my league and wasn’t awarded a prize due to a glitch. I wrote to cos I and received no response...what’s the point of winning if the game is going to glitch?!
