People on here are cool but not the app – 9CHAT: 9GAG Forum Review

I am having really good conversations with people!! Then out of no where! I get limited to the number of replies and once I reach that limit I can’t reply for another 4 hours!!!!!!!!! It is ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!! And sad!! This app was awesome and it turned really lame!!!!
