How can Apple allow this??? – D/L Plus Free - Get and Save Files From Web Browser & File Manager Review

Simply does nothing.. does not download any files, does not direct you in anyway.. upgraded to full version and absolutely nothing.. Apple please ban this app and developer.. how can this be? Also, no support from developer.. DO NOT DOWNLOAD or buy!!!!
