Worst customer service – Cheapflights: Flights & Hotels Review

The prices seems to be great in the app. After I booked the ticket they called me to confirm but I wasn’t around my phone. I called back 30mins later they said the price increased. I told him that I would like to cancel then he said, “you are not a man of your word”. Haha I know it’s shocking cuz I was shocked too. Long story short he hung up on me and called me back after 2 mins saying that we have the price back!
