No sound – Sight Words Ninja - Slicing Game to Learn to Read Review

I read the reviews, crossed my fingers, and hoped I wouldn’t be one of the unlucky few without sound.... and found that there was no sound, so you don’t know which words to slice! I went through & meticulously followed the troubleshooting. No luck. I immediately emailed the company and got a response about a week later with the same troubleshooting cut & paste they posted in their review responses. I replied back asking for a refund and it’s now 2+ weeks later. If you can’t fix the bug, at least honor a refund request!
