False feedback – Google My Business Review

There is a big flaw with this whole entire Internet website system customers can simply go on even if they are not customers and leave feedback either positive or negative sometimes the competition which is in my case leaves negative feedback by random customers to try to boost their sales it should have to be 100% verified that they used our property to leave feedback. We should also just like Google and yelp be able to critique the postings before they post on our account or be able to remove them Google and yelp do this all the time it’s not fair they can keep their ratings high but we can sift through the garbage on our Feedback.
