Purchase Flow Confusing – Ride MCTS Review

I’m not sure why one would think to look under passengers to select the ticket type when you’re already on the purchase page. Also, it didn’t take the commuter check card entered with error message “invalid merchant id” with no way to fix. Ended up just paying with my personal Apple pay since I’d already spent enough time trying to figure this out. Finally, milwaukee is a wonderfully diverse city, could we have some non-white illustrated people please? Thanks!
