Customer Service Lies Then Removes Ability to Submit a Ticket – DomiNations Review

First review I’ve written but this was just sad and wanted a way to let people who may consider this game know that they should avoid. I submitted a ticket asking a legitimate question and received a flat out lie as a response. They close tickets immediately upon responding so I submitted another to inform them of the agents lie. My game crashed and upon logging back in the ability to submit a ticket is gone. I thought it might be temporary but it’s been a few days and still the same. Shameful NEXON AND BHG SHAMEFUL. Not how you treat customers. I’ll revise this but only if you will acknowledge what happened and rectify it.
