Used Libelous Content to Market App on Social Media – TopBuzz News: Breaking & Local Review

I came across an ad for this app blatantly flashing false information about a known reality star who allegedly killed her 4 month old daughter. I'm interested to see what the developers have to say about using lies and character defamation to market and sell a product. What a dirty and disgraceful practice.
