Can’t restore purchases. – TwitFollow for Twitter Review

I bought the Pro version of this app a while ago. I was prompted to download the updated version and to delete the old one I was using. I downloaded the new one and attempted to click ‘restore purchases’; nothing happened. No message or anything. My purchases weren’t restored, so I can’t sign into more than one account, can’t view my tweet insights, and also can’t unfollow people from in the app. I’m hoping I will get a response in regards to getting this fixed!
