Failure. – Sony Rewards Review

Not only is the service trash, the website itself is poorly programmed, takes minutes to load simple webpages, most of the time crashes, and now we have an app that locks your account after too many attempts at entering the CORRECT credentials 5 times. This is Sony at its best showing us that they have no clue what they're doing. The entire service is nothing but a hassle to work with, and isn't worth the time you may put into it. Sony, once again, has proved nothing but how big their middle fingers to the fans are.
