Customer support needs work – MyHyundai with Bluelink Review

The app worked well back in March 2017. I just re-up the service since then, three phone calls and one failed 72 hrs call back later the app won’t transmit to my vehicle. They say the problem is connectivity after three techs and an elevated ticket the call back never happened on the third day. If some one from that department would call and help me work through this issue that would be great.
