Stopped working on iPhone 7 Plus – Shazam Encore Review

Worked great up until 2-3 months ago then suddenly stopped identifying songs. Tried hard booting my iPhone, reset my iPhone, erased the app, re-installed the app, deleted the free app and paid $2.99 for commercial free app but all to no avail. Contacted customer support but no response... Dumping this app for Spotify or ?
