First and worst, no one could answer any questions. Next, they never could verify my information despite the fact that I sent them everything they asked for, and had a lengthy correspondence. The whole call center seemed clueless and the process never worked. And last but not least, their call waiting music is just painfully bad. I’m deleting my account with them right after this.
