Make sure your settings are set to local – Wish Local - Buy & Sell Review

Since anyone in the world can see your posts, and you theirs, just make sure you add to your listing that you will only ship locally or within your country, mine being the US. Other than that, I don’t see any other potential issues so far and love looking at what everyone has for sale!!
